High level:
- Increased level of hemoglobin, the oxygen-carrying protein, in your RBCs
- Macrocytic anemia
Low level:
- decreased level of oxygen-carrying protein in your red blood cells
- Microcytic anemia
What you should do:
High levels:
Add more vitamin B12 and folic Acid to your diet.
Low levels:
Aalso take vitamin B12.
