High level:
- Gout
- Arthritis
- Kidney Stones
Low level:
- low values are not generally considered significant.
- Therapeutic target for gout patients: <6.0 mg/dL
What you should do:
High levels:
Lose Weight, check your vitamin D levels, and stop Smoking.
Low levels:
Drink Milk, eat Green Leafy Vegetables, Papaya Leaf Extract, Pomegranate, Pumpkin, Wheatgrass, Vitamin B-12, and take Iron.
